Shipping policy

  1. All products are delivered boxed.
  2. We deliver nationwide through couriers. Delivery times and slots will be adhered to. However, this is outside the direct control of TRULY GLUTEN FREE
  3. Incorrect or insufficient delivery details can result in late or non-delivery. In such circumstances, we would try to rectify the problem as best as possible. However, no refunds will be made in such circumstances.
  4. If a recipient is not available to take delivery of your order, the courier will try to leave the order with a neighbour or, if unavailable, will try to identify a safe place (i.e. somewhere sheltered to leave the order). If this is not possible the courier will leave a calling card and the recipient will be responsible for arranging a suitable alternative delivery time.
  5. Any re-direction costs incurred, will be charged.
  6. Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. Box addresses.
  7. Deliveries cannot be made outside the UK.

Cancellation

  1. There will be no refund on orders cancelled after two hours.
  2. Credit vouchers are issued at the discretion of the management. Internet orders cannot be cancelled or amended once payment is made.

Complaints: We take any complaints extremely seriously and would like you to get in touch via telephone, email or letter if our products were unsatisfactory so that we can endeavour to improve our services  for the future.Your statutory rights are not affected.
